We are Christ’s people, and this is Christ’s place with its doors open wide. If you are passing through, Godspeed; if you are looking for a church home and would like to follow Jesus Christ through the fellowship of this congregation, we invite you to full or affiliate membership.
We invite visitors to join us, but most of all, to return often.

What to Expect on Your Visit
When you arrive you will find a warm, heartfelt welcome.
Our worship style is traditional and people come casual or slightly more dressy.
Feel free to wear whatever is comfortable for you. We take our discipleship seriously, but we love to laugh and delight in the presence of God together.
Parking
First Presbyterian Church of Highlands is located at 471 Main Street, Highlands, NC, on the southwest corner of Main and 5th Streets.
Parking is available on Main Street, on Church Street, and on 5th Street.
Additional parking is also available at the Highlands Community Child Development Center, located across from First Presbyterian Church on Church Street.
Accessibility
Handicap parking is available on Church Street.
There are two entrances into First Presbyterian Church, one being through the porte-cochere, which is also a rain entrance.
Hearing assistance devices are available for use during our worship services. Please see an usher for assistance.
Large print hymnals are also available. Please see an usher for assistance.
